Meeting with Mr Moore on the 18th of October

During lunch I had a meeting with Mr Moore and we set the dates for the multiple choice exams and the timed essay. 


We had to check the staff calendar and the school events calendar in addition to considering rehearsals for the school play and Varsity Sports Practices.


Eventually, we decided to do the multiple-choices after school on Wednesday the 30th of November from 2:30 until 4. For the essay I have booked period 4 and period 6 in 1.03 on Friday the 2nd of December. I will be speaking to Ms Cogliano, who has 1.03 booked on Fridays during period 5 for the homework club, about moving the club's location to G.02 for that date so that we can have all three periods for students to come and do the essay.


These times will be shared with the team during Thursday's meeting.


Moreover, Mr Moore and I talked about research that I could do about making multiple choice tests and I will be doing this research throughout this week.


Postscript:
Fortunately, Ms Cogliano has a field trip planned for the 2nd of December and so the homework club will be cancelled for that date. This means that the Mac Lab is reserved for USAD for Periods 4, 5, and 6 for students to do their essays.
