The only time Mr Barnett was available for our first session was PSE, and Ms Saleh said that she would cover his advisory so that he could teach us. I e-mailed Ms Johnson as the Grade 10 Leader and Ms Joshi as PSE co-ordinator and they both said that it would be fine for us to miss PSE on Wednesday the 19th of October. I also required the permission of Ms Lewthwaite in case Mr Barnett was required as an advisor for 8th Grade.
Once I receive her permission, I will notify the other advisors about the students who will be missing PSE. Since 8th Grade always has G.02 booked for PSE, Ms Joshi and I decided that MS Saleh could take Mr Barnett's advisory to G.02 and Mr Barnett could teach us in 3.06 which is his usual classroom. Furthermore, I notified the other Grade 8 advisors that G.02 will be used by 8JBa.
Postscript:
Ms Lewthwaite has agreed and USAD students from Grade 10 will be meeting in 3.06 for PSE on Wednesday the 19th of October.
The PSE session that we will be missing was devoted to organising our portfolios, and so new students must be briefed on this by their advisors whenever possible to make up for missing the lesson.
